A few months ago, a bunch of us were at a BC Young Liberals Executive Meeting trying to figure out how to engage young people in politics in a way that was positive, fun and relevant. We wanted to come up with something simple that would give people a chance to express themselves through the political process while reminding them why its important. Xenia Menzies, a longtime member of the BCYL, came up with the "I <3 BC" project and her idea led to the I <3 BC blog on this web site. The goal of this blog is to provide a forum where people can express why they love BC through photos, videos and messages. Please take some time today to share your story about why you love BC. Post a photo that shows you enjoying our beautiful scenery, post a video of you out in the community or simply post a message or video talking about why you love BC.
