The NDP Record
  • The NDP government raised B.C.'s income tax rates to the highest in North America.

  • Carole James and the NDP have voted against every one of the 100 tax cuts introduced by the B.C. Liberal government.

  • The NDP even want to implement a "death tax" that would rob families of inherited assets.

  • Under the NDP, B.C. had the highest unemployment rate of all Western provinces from 1991-2000.

  • Carole James and the NDP openly oppose providing rental assistance to low-income families.
